HOUSTON (ICIS)--Encanto Potash has finalised the offtake agreement with the National Federation of Farmers' Procurement, Processing and Retailing Cooperatives of India (NACOF) that provides for a minimum supply of 5m tonnes/year of muriate of potash (MOP), for a guaranteed period of 20 years, the Canadian fertilizer producer announced on Wednesday. NACOF is a national farming cooperative representing growers in 25 states across India, and has as a primary goal to enter into contracts and collaborate for the purchase, production, manufacture and marketing of raw materials, finished products and by-products.
