TORONTO (ICIS)--AltaGas has begun commercial operations at a 99m cubic feet/day shallow-cut natural gas processing facility in Canada’s British Columbia province, the Canadian energy infrastructure company said late on Monday. Volumes at the Canadian dollar (C$) 125m ($100m) "Townsend 2A" facility in northeast British Columbia are expected to ramp up through the fourth quarter of 2017 to the first quarter of 2018.
