BASF inaugurates China electronic-grade sulphuric acid plant, begins expansion

LONDON (ICIS)--BASF has begun operations at a new electronic-grade sulphuric acid plant in Jiaxing, China, while it has also started work on expanding the facility in order to double its production capacity, the German chemicals major said on Wednesday.
