LONDON (ICIS)--Turkish polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) prices are mostly stable this week as players fear upcoming political disruption. Fears are rising over potential US sanctions after Turkey chose to purchase missile defence systems from Russia. This, in combination with nerves over the economy and the value of the lira, mean demand is likely to remain subdued and buyers will avoid developing large stock positions.
