PVC imports to Russia up 60% year on year in first 10 months of 2016

MOSCOW (MRC)--Imports of suspension polyvinyl chloride (SPVC) into Russia totalled 124,100 tonnes in the first 10 months of 2016, up 60% year on year, according to MRC’s DataScope report. The long unscheduled outage at SayanskKhimplast’s PVC production was the main reason for the major increase in imports.
