Alternative manufacture technology of precise friction parts with abrasive jet cutting including the oil micro-pockets creation is proposed. This technology allows to eliminate the precise friction pairs lapping. Subsequent using of finishing antifriction abrasiveless processing (brass plating) increases considerably for contacting parts the supporting surface area. It raises their service life.
