The rolls crack-resistance estimate at induction hardening

摘要

The roll crack-resistance estimate methods at induction hardening are proposed. Linear mechanics of destruction is used. The stresses intensity rate is calculated using sections method. The non-coaxial cross disk crack is considered. Dependency of critical stresses intensity rate on phase composition is taken into consideration. Calculation results for real roll are given.
