The thermal process is realized duirng the thermal hardening due to intensive coolign of sprayed fluid. The absence of data or its insufficient reliability makes it impossible to simulate this thermal system, to update the existing cooling complex, or to design a new system. It is shown that the adaptive iterative filter is considered reasonable when applied for simultaneous identification of different thermal parameters in highrate heat transfer processes. The results of inverse heat transfer (conduction) problem (IHCP) solution (boundary conditions) for different densities of spray and surface temperatures allows to construct generalized relationships for the heat transfer coefficients in prior to burn-out area and after burn-out one of heat exchange.
