Garbage order is one of the most unpleasant orders in residences.Garbage order is produced by putrifction of foods.This review outlines the causes of the orders and deodorization methods including antimicrobial,chemical activity,masking and sensory counteraction;and the technical trends of kitchen deodorizing and antimicrobial spray for garbage containing antimicrobial agents to prevent propagation of microorganism that causes unpleasant order.Nowadays,the needs of deodorizers are increasing.We will make the detail of maloders clear,and make better products to meet the consumers' demands.
