PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact deodorizing filter for exhausting gas in a kitchen with a high performance and which is low-cost and easy in maintenance, and to provide a deodorizing device and its manufacturing method. PSOLUTION: In the deodorizing filter for exhausting gas in a kitchen, an adsorbent 16 comprising a zeolite and/or activated carbon is carried on the surface of corrugated honeycomb base materials 15a, 15b by an inorganic binder. The zeolite has [SiOSB2/SB]/[AlSB2/SBOSB3/SB] of 20 or more when the content of SiOSB2/SBis [SiOSB2/SB] mol and the content of AlSB2/SBOSB3/SBis [AlSB2/SBOSB3/SB] mol, and a specific surface area of 150 mSP2/SP/g or more.
