Rationalization of sequential control reliability test

摘要

The problem of a raise of effectiveness of quality control for industrial products for which the moments of appearance of failures are distributed under the binomial law or the Weibull law with unknown scale parameter is considered. The comparison of properties of the different criteria was carded out by the method of mathematical simulation and the sequential criterion with the parabolic boundaries of accepting and rejection zones which is the most saving in some cases was proposed.
