Polish slitter a 'first' in Eastern Europe

Warsaw based manufacturer Emis has supplied a 520 mm wide Flexor 520C+ slitter rewinder with an autoregister die cutting unit to Emerson Polska, the largest independent lettershop in the CE region.Believed to be the first machine of its type in Eastern Europe, the Flexor 520C+ features servomotors and state of the art electronics for "unsophisticated control while providing extremely consistent web tension using tensometers". Its capability for using magnetic cylinders up to 26 in and rolls of 50 in is said to offer many possibilities for high volume output and economic operation.
