A new low gauge universal film for self-adhesive labelling applications has been jointly developed by the Flexible Packaging Division of Bemis and Mactac, a member of the Bemis Group.This U Coex co-extruded PE-PP film is said to combine the squeezability of a PE film and the high level of clarity and a good rigidity for ease of application provided by PP.
