An interview with Heinz Grotzke

Heinz Grotzke is one of the most senior statesmen in the biodynamic movement. For years he was the owner and manager of Meadowbrook Herb Gardens, in Wyoming, Rhode Island, an operation that was legendary among biodynamic growers. His products were synonymous with quality.
