Cleveland-Cliffs awaits EPA permit for HBI plant construction after public hearings

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (Cliffs), the main supplier of iron ore pellets in North America, could face some obstacles hamperingthe construction of its first HBI mill in the Great Lakes region, which is scheduled to start production in two yearsand a half.
