Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Iraqi Oil Minister Jabar al-Luaibi concurred with their Saudi counterpart that the market is rebalancing in a satisfactory manner. On the whole, tile Ministers came out of the meeting in agreement mat some sort of cooperation between die OPEC/NOPEC countries should continue beyond 2018, whether in the form of extended production caps or some other mechanism.
