Petronas's No.1 methanol unit in Labuan to remain offline

The 750K-mt/y methanol unit was taken offline on Jan.13 due to technical issues.Malaysian state-owned Petronas's 1.65MM-mt/y No.2 unit in Labuan is currently restarting production after operations were disrupted in the middle of last Dec.The unit is expected to be stabilized by next week.
