Price Reduction in The Domestic Mkt in S.Korea Spread Again This Week

The domestic ferrous scrap market in South Korea declines further. Although each electric steelmaker at the near or surrounding Busan area just reduce a purchase price of the domestic ferrous scrap by W 10,000/ton or around Y 920 for major items last week from October 23 to 24, each electric steelmaker already announced beforehand this week that it would reduce a price additionally. The domestic ferrous scrap market in South Korea did not stop a downward trend so far.
