Nippon Steel Stainless Steel Corporation (NSSSC) announced on 9th that it would not revise the contract prices of cold-rolled (CR) stainless steel (SST) sheets and plates for domestic distributors as it did for March contracts. This applies to both nickel (Ni)- and chrome-base products. Also, NSSSC has decided to continue the ongoing adjustments (about 30%) over the order volumes it accepts from distributors, in order to maintain the market environment and normalise the inventory level as early as possible.
