Polish Oil & Gas Company (PGNiG) announced Tuesday on 26th that it has entered into a 20-year 2-mtpa LNGsale and purchase agreement (SPA) each with Sempra Energy and Venture Global.The documents were signed during the World Gas Conference held in Washington, DC. Through the FOB-basedpurchase contract, PGNiG aims to not only diversify its LNG portfolio but also enhance its position in international marketby reselling the LNG to third parties.
