The arrangement has evaporator (4), expansion device and pressure boosting device which are connected to the gas working fluid. A mixing device has inputs for vaporous natural gas and LNG, and an outlet for liquid natural gas. The input of vaporous gas is communicatively connected to the output of expansion device, while the input for LNG is connected communicating with the natural gas reservoir through the booster pump (17). The inlet to power plant process is open, and the output for LNG is communicatively connected to piping system representing flow from open power plant process.
