Teck to Produce Maximum of 27 Million Tons of Steelmaking Coal in 2018

On February 14 local time, Teck Resources Limited, Canada made it clear that it drew up the target for itsproduction volume of steelmaking coal in 2018 to be 26 to 27 million tons.As the production volume of steelmaking coal in 2017 was 26.6 million tons, the production is expected to be thesame as the prior year, of which the production volume of steelmaking coal in the period from January to March in 2018is expected to be 6.3 to 6.5 million tons, up by 200,000 to 400,000 tons from the year-earlier period.
