Bankruptcy trustee sues traders, others, over docked coal

The Chapter 11 trustee for the bankruptcy estate ofSabbatical Inc. is suing numerous parties, includingVitol Americas, Noble Americas and individuals, overwhat the trustee said was the improper sale of coalfrom a Kentucky river dock. Vitol is named merelybecause it purchased some assets from Noble. It isn’totherwise involved in the allegations.
