Milacron sells majority of Uniloy blow molding unit

Milacron Holdings Corp.,Cincinnati,announced it received almost $51.9 million after closing the sale of nearly all of its Uniloy blow molding machinery business.Uniloy Inc.,Tecumseh,Mich.,said the transaction included U.S.and European operations,while transactions involving Mexico and India are slated for completion this quarter.
