New York-Oil futures surged Wednesday as traders digested the likely consequences of the US withdrawal from the Iran nuclear agreement, while weekly inventory data showing across-the- board stock draws was also supportive. President Donald Trump announced Tuesday the US would restore sanctions on Iran that were lifted under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
