LME and CME suspend placing Rusal aluminum on warrant in response to US sanctions

The London Metal Exchange andCOMEX both took steps on April 10 to suspendthe placing of Rusal metal on warrantin response to US sanctions on the owner ofthe Russian aluminum producer.The LME said in a statement it wasconditionally suspending the placing of Rusalmetal on warrant, effective from April 17.
