Petron to Use Honeywell UOP Technologies To Increase Limav Aromatics Production

Limav— Petron has selected Honeywell UOP to supply technologies for a project that will increase aromatics and refined fuels capacity at its Limay, Bataan, refinery in the Philippines. As part of the project, the company will expand and upgrade the refinery. When complete, the refinery will produce 1-million t/y of aromatics and 75,000 b/d of refined fuels. A schedule was not given.
