McDermott Wins Contract from Irkutsk For New Ethylene Facility in Ust-Kut

Moscow- McDermott International has been awarded a technology contract from Irkutsk Oil Co. (INK) for a new ethylene plant in Ust-Kut, Irkutsk, Russia (PCN, 4 Feb 2019, p 1). The contract, valued between $50-million and $250-million, includes the basic engineering and licensing of the ethylene unit, as well as the detailed engineering and material supply of six SRT (Short Residence Time) pyrolysis heaters.
