Ineos Oxide Decides on Chocolate Bayou As Location of EO & Derivatives Project

Houston- Ineos Oxide announced it will build its new ethylene oxide (EO) and associated downstream ethylene oxide derivatives (EOD) facility at Ineos' Chocolate Bayou site in Texas (PCN, 1 Apr 2019, p 2). The project, earlier expected to have 270,000 t/y of EO capacity, will now produce around 520,000 t/y of EO when it becomes operational in 2023.
