PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation location deciding device, method and program, etc., which easily obtain an optimum installation location at the time of installing shared equipment to be shared by many users.;SOLUTION: After respectively specifying seat positions of the respective users and installation candidate locations of the shared equipment P, the moving distances are respectively calculated. Thereafter, a total moving distance for each installation candidate location is obtained by multiplying the respective moving distances and the numbers of times of utilization of the shared equipment by the respective users in the past, and the installation candidate location at which the total moving distance is minimum is decided as the installation location of the shared equipment.
