Free movement between countries in Europe has provided an exciting exchange of people,talent and ideas.With open borders we’ve made great strides in diversity and inclusion,and in my own team I’ve enjoyed working with talented people from Portugal,France,Poland,the Czech Republic and further afield.Many of the companies we work with report that people from different countries and cultures have enriched their teams,bringing with them fresh views,experiences and ways of working.We search for people at all levels,for companies of all sizes,in all areas of the beauty industry.And we find that every company,large or small,simply wants to find the best person for the job.
