UK Consumers are becoming more discerning when shopping online,with more than half saying they would stop using an online retailer if the service was not up to their expectations.A report by global commerce services company PFSweb found that 64% of UK shoppers would stop shopping with an online retailer after a maximum of three bad experiences.It found that more than half of those interviewed(54%) had had a negative experience while shopping online over the last 12 months.Millennials,which account for a large proportion of online shoppers,were the most vocal group in the study,with almost seven in ten(69%) agreeing they would share details of a negative online shopping experience with friends and family.
