The export prices of Chinese heavy plates rebounded in November, after a six-month fall, as the country's mills raised offers amid robust domestic demand and a stable futures market. S&P Global Platts assessed Q235 grade, 12-20 mm thick plate at $466/mt FOB China Friday, up $31/mt on the month. Domestic prices of same-grade material were assessed at Yuan 3,710/mt ($527/mt) ex-stock Shanghai, including VAT, up Yuan 100/mt from last month.
