Vystar completes NHS acquisition

WORCESTER, Mass.-Making good on the letter of intent it signed in January, Vystar Corp. has acquired the assets of its exclusive U.S. distributor, NHS Holdings L.L.C. Vystar, the manufacturer of Vytex natural rubber latex, announced the purchase April 23, five days after the company acquired NHS' assets for 27,769,500 shares of restricted Vystar common stock valued at about $975,000.
