Concern Grows Over Conflict Threat to Caspian Pipelines

Concern is growing among Western oil companies in Baku,especially BP,that another bloody war between Armenia and Azerbaijan,centered once again on the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh,could disrupt their operations and halt the flow of oil and gas from the Caspian Sea to Turkey and Europe(NC Oct.1'20).
