Saturn watcher sees resources climb

Saturn Metals could be sitting on a one-million-ounce 'big pit' at Apollo Hill, according to a London-based analyst who's been following the Western Australia gold explorer's progress. But Saturn's veteran geologist, managing director Ian Bamborough, sees something more substantial emerging as the company accelerates toward 100,000m of drilling at the project. Bamborough said on a recent investor webcast hosted by the head of new Saturn cornerstone investor, Canada's Dundee Corporation, Jonathan Goodman, the company was ramping up drilling on the expanded mineralised "corridor" at Apollo Hill with a new 50,000m programme started this quarter.
