LIVE FUTURES REPORT 18/08: SHFE copper stocks dip; zinc inventories edge higher

Deliverable copper stocks at Shanghai Futures Exchange-approvedwarehouses have fallen by 3,687 tonnes or 1.8% over the past weekto 204,090 tonnes as of Friday August 18, the first decline followingthree consecutive weekly increases in stock levels.This week, SIPG Logistics in Shanghai saw the most stock leaving itssheds – 2,499 tonnes of the metal exited its sheds – though this waspartially offset by more than 1,000 tonnes entering Jiangxi Guochuinin Jiangxi.
