Domestic C&T up to pound792m in maiden Alliance Boots results

Alliance Boots has reported 2.9 per cent sales growth to pound 7.04bn in its first interim results since the ?8bn merger of Boots and Alliance Unichem in July.For the six months to 30 September 2006 the group's trading profit rose 2.7 per cent to pound 267m,with underlying trading profit up 5.1 per cent to pound 267m.
