India’s Nabha Power tenders for 0.6mt of thermal coal

India’s Nabha Power Ltd (NPL), a subsidiary of L&T Power Development Ltd, has issued a tender to procure up to 0.6 mt of thermal coal for its 1.4 GW plant at Rajpura, Punjab. The company floated a similar tender in March, with a deadline of 20 April, but no awards were made as it decided to take pending supplies against an earlier tender floated in September 2018.
