The November 14 MMTC tender for an unspecified volume of urea to load by January 7 dominated the week in a urea market that was otherwise subdued in the runup to the tender. The session did again not permit supply of urea from sources subjected to sanctions, but the absence of offers from Iran did not curtail volumes on offer, with quotes for a massive 3.6 Mt provided to the importer.
