Average NPK 15-15-15 prices from the Baltic have declined slightly to $240-305/mt FOB from $243-305/mt FOB, with some rumours of sales as low as $235-240/mt FOB. Activity in Europe has been slow in the last couple of weeks with deals reported as low as $240-245/mt FOB Baltic. PhosAgro is still rumoured to be targeting 15-15-15 deals in the mid-$250s/mt FOB. There are some indications of a 25,000 mt 15-15-15 deal to Turkey for May shipment at $245/mt FOB Baltic. Latest bulk 15-15-15 deals to Brazil are still around $245-250/mt FOB Baltic, according to market sources.
