Baltic NPK 15-15-15 netback prices are largely unchanged despite a surge in Indian NP/NPK purchasing as DAP/MAP prices declined in the Americas through the last month. PhosAgro is understood to still be offering 15-15-15 at around $235/t FOB for European buyers though there remain indications of availability around $220-225/t FOB from Baltic suppliers.
