The high-end of Baltic Sea NPK 15-15-15 and 16-16-16 prices are pegged slightly lower in November as competition for sales increases in Southeast Asia. PhosAgro is understood to be sold out of NPK export availability through the remainder of 2020 and is offering a minimum of $235 /t FOB for NPK 15-15-15.
