Most Indian DAP players are awaiting news on the nutrient-based subsidy rates before making decisions on additional imports, according to market sources. Sabic said that it signed an agreement with NFL to supply 3-4 cargoes of DAP to NFL in the Indian fertilizer year 2018/19 under formula prices. The first cargo of 40,000 mt DAP to NFL is scheduled to ship in April. It is unclear what this means for NFL's planned 100,000 mt DAP tender closing on March 26.
