New Zealand’s January-August phosphate rock imports increased 13% year on year to 346,872 mt, IHS GTA data show. Arrivals from Morocco were down 1% year on year at 219,976 mt over the eight-month period. The volume from China climbed 62% to 45,943 mt and shipments from South Africa increased 7% to 33,201 mt.
