India: September NP/NPK production down 2%

India's September NP/NPK production reached 835,000 mt, down 2% from 852,650 mt in September 2016, according to preliminary FAI data. The figure brings NP/NPK production from April through September to 4 million mt, down 5% year on year. Imports of NP/NPK in September were 21,000 mt, down from 28,000 mt in the same month of 2016. Total NP/NPK imports between April and September reached 255,000 mt, a halving year on year.
