US East Coast: Import indications from sellers up

Indications for imported UAN-32 are as high as the $160s/t CFR along the US Atlantic seaboard, higher than business done at the end of the summer, according to distributors. The higher offers are not attracting East Coast buyers, even though the price would support resales in the region. Part of the lack of major interest is seasonal, demand for direct application sales from the Chesapeake region and further north is months away. UAN will be needed earlier further south, but plenty of time remains for buyers there as well.
