SE Asia: Palm oil price rises yet to boost MOP demand

Standard MOP prices in Southeast Asia were largely stable again this week, with market outlooks divided as to whether increases in crude palm oil (CPO) prices will boost demand over the short term. Indonesian tender prices for volumes under 5,000 t were reported at $275-280/t CFR by a local source, while both buyers and sellers also pegged the market in Indonesia stable at around $275/t CFR.
