ONE-SHV to merge

Oranje-Nassau Energie (ONE) and SHV Holdings have reached an agreement to merge their upstream businesses and create ONE-Dyas. ONE-Dyas will be a North Sea-focused independent operator, with 2019 gas and oil production of 35,000 boe/d, ONE said.
