Ezion and TSC Group have sealed a joint venture (JV) agreement with the plan to “become the world’s largest owner and operator of liftboats.” Under the plan, Singapore’s Ezion said its sub- sidiary?Teras Investments have set up the JV with TSC’s subsidiary Alliance Offshore to cooperate in the ownership and operations of liftboats.
